Bajaff is a small belt studio working with limited-run leather and traditional craftsmanship across Italy.

We source leather in small batches from tanneries around Santa Croce sull'Arno and work with makers across Liguria, using vintage and deadstock buckles whenever possible. Because we rely on what's available rather than what's reproduced, our materials are always changing and production stays intentionally small. It means we can make use of leather already in circulation while supporting independent artisans whose craft deserves to continue.
